Operations Support

Purpose of the role

We are seeking a confident individual to join our team. As an integral part of our operations team, you'll be ensuring everything runs smoothly, from processing critical payments, dispatching customer documents, regular reporting, data transformation, and more. Your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including coordinating with suppliers, providing crucial administrative support, and helping to develop improved ways of working.

With your keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you'll help maintain high levels of service to internal and external customers and provide essential facilities support. Skills and experience required

You will have previous experience in an operations/support type role. You will be self-motivated, organised, able to follow processes and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will have good organisational skills, enjoy working as part of a team and work to high standards of accuracy.

We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, including:-

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above or 4-9 (including Maths and English)

  • Familiar with all Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc

  • Dedication, willingness to learn, friendly, positive, and an inquisitive mind.

  • Confident and a good communicator
