FORCE

of use or any failure to provide or delay in providing our services
through our Site resulting from any event or circumstance beyond
our reasonable control including (without limitation) strikes,
lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or
network access, fire, explosion, accident or failure of any third
party telecommunications or service provider.
APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions shall be governed and construed in
accordance with Guernsey Law and any disputed shall fall within the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Guernsey Courts. If any provision of
these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any
reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the
remaining provisions.
