The Customer Service Awards – Celebrating Customer Excellence in the Channel Islands.



After eight years, the Customer Service Awards have firmly established themselves as an important initiative in the Channel Islands, bringing together business and community. The awards promote the islands to the wider world as efficient, friendly and approachable.

The public nomination process encourages engagement and interaction with the general public and raises positivity of customer service levels. The aim: to celebrate those who do a brilliant job and inspire others to do even better.

We at Insurance Corporation are delighted to sponsor the Digital Innovation Award in both Guernsey and Jersey! This award is for any business or group who has used digital to transform their service – for example through social media, gaining customer feedback or engaging with customers in an innovative manner.
